Uniroyal Chemicals
The Crompton Uniroyal Chemicals brand includes three businesses:
crop protection, rubber chemicals and elastomers, and urethanes.
The crop protection business produces insecticides, fungicides,
growth regulators, herbicides, and miticides, as well as effective
seed treatment programs.
The Performance Chemicals and Elastomers business produces
a number of specialty products including rubber chemicals
and EPDM used in tires and industrial rubber goods, automotive,
construction, wire & cable, and industrial applications.
The Urethanes business is the world leader in liquid
castable urethane prepolymers as well as a leading supplier
of curatives, coating systems, polyester polyols, polyurethane
dispersions, and microcellular systems. Applications and end
markets served range from mining, oil and gas to graphic arts
and recreation.
Witco
The Crompton Vinyl Additives business provides products
critical in the manufacture and compounding of polyvinyl chloride.
Crompton is the world's largest producer of heat stabilizers
and PVC additives, offering a broad line of organotin, mixed
metal and metal-free heat stabilizers lubricants, chemical
foaming agents and plasticizers.

The Crompton Olefins and Styrenics and Petroleum Additives
businesses market products under the Crompton brand name.
Olefins and Styrenics Polymer Additives
Crompton Olefins and Styrenics polymer additive products for
the global plastics industry are crucial to the polymerization
process, as well as to end-use performance of the polymer.
Products include aluminum alkyls, anti-blocking agents, catalysts,
metallocene/co-catalysts, mold release agents, mold flow improvers,
polymer modifiers, polymerization inhibitors, slip agents
and other solutions for our customers' formulating and manufacturing
challenges.
